Jaakko Vainio (alun perin Repo, 14. helmikuuta 1892 Kurkijoki – 6. kesäkuuta 1953 Helsinki) oli suomalainen Maalaisliiton Viipurin läänin läntisestä vaalipiiristä valittu kansanedustaja vuosina 1922–1924. Presidentin valitsijamiehenä Vainio oli vuonna 1931.


Aina vuoteen 1932 Vainio työskenteli Maakansa-lehdessä Viipurissa, vuodet 1920–1932 lehden päätoimittajana. Sen jälkeen hän oli Viipurin läänin lääninhallituksen virkailijana Viipurissa ja myöhemmin Kymen läänin lääninhallituksen virkailijana Kotkassa.


Vainion vanhemmat olivat maanviljelijä Matti Repo ja Katrina Kojo. Hän oli naimisissa Hilja Uotisen kanssa vuosina 1917–1938 ja Kerttu Ester Raition (entinen Vaha) kanssa vuodesta 1940.
