Sudbury-kraatteri on Ontariossa, Kanadassa oleva suuri, ainakin 200–250 km:n läpimittainen meteoriittikraatteri,
jonka ikä on 1,85 miljardia eli 1850 miljoonaa vuotta (tarkkuudella +-50 Mvs). Kraatteri sijaitsee paikassa pohj 46° 36' länt 81° 11'.
Kraatterista näkyy enää vain pieni osa; geologiset tapahtumat ovat hävittäneet siitä suuren osan pois, mikä on tyypillistä hyvin vanhoille kraattereille. Sudburyssä suli 31000 km3 kiveä, mutta Jukatanin Chicxulub-törmäyksessä liitukauden lopulla vain 16000 km3.
