Jacob Allen ”Jake” Abel (s. 18. marraskuuta 1987 Canton, Ohio, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä.


Abelin ensimmäinen läpimurto oli Disney Channelin elokuvassa Go Figure, jossa hän näytteli Spenceriä. Hän oli otettu nousevan tähden palkinnosta kuudennessatoista Hamptonien kansainvälisessä elokuvafestivaalissa lokakuussa 2008 hänen työlleen elokuvassa Flash of Genius. Abel näyttelee Peter Jacksonin ohjaamassa vuoden 2009 elokuvassa Oma taivas ja kymmenosaisessa web-sarjassa Angel of Death. Helmikuussa 2009 Jake esitti 18-vuotiasta Adam Milligania suositussa televisiosarjassa Supernatural. Hän myös asettautui rooliinsa Luke Castellanina elokuvassa Percy Jackson: Salamavaras, joka julkistettiin vuonna 2010. Hän myös näyttelee Ianin roolin vuoden 2013 elokuvassa Vieras.


Abel asuu Los Angelesissa parhaan ystävänsä, näyttelijä Kyle Gallnerin kanssa.
