Koivukoski III on Kajaaninjoessa Kajaanissa sijaitseva vesivoimalaitos, jonka omistaa Kainuun Voima Oy. Voimalaitos tunnetaan myös nimellä Tunnelivoimala tai Kajaaninjoen tunnelivoimala, koska osa voimalaitoksen toiminnoista sijaitsee Kajaanin keskustan alle lohitussa kalliotunnelissa. Voimalaitosta voitaisiin kutsua myös Petäjäkosken voimalaitokseksi, koska se on ensimmäinen koski, jonka voimalan tunneli ohittaa. Voimalaitoksen koneasema sijaitsee Petäisenniskan teollisuusalueella venesataman läheisyydessä. Voimalaitos valmistui vuonna 1995. Hankkeen kokonaiskustannukset olivat noin 168 Mmk (25,61 milj. €).
