Humboldtin piirikunta on piirikunta Kaliforniassa, Yhdysvalloissa.


Piirikunnassa asui 134 623 ihmistä vuoden 2010 väestönlaskennassa. Heistä 83% oli valkoihoisia.[1]


Piirikunta on saanut nimensä tutkimusmatkailija Alexander von Humboldtin mukaan.[2]
