Euzhan Palcy (s. 13. tammikuuta 1958, Martinique, Ranska)[1] on ranskalainen elokuvaohjaaja ja -käsikirjoittaja, joka tunnetaan etenkin vuoden 1989 elokuvasta Valkoinen kuiva kausi. Se perustuu André Brinkin samannimiseen romaaniin, ja sen pääosissa näyttelevät Donald Sutherland, Susan Sarandon ja Marlon Brando.


Valkoisen kuivan kauden myötä Palcystä tuli ensimmäinen musta naispuolinen elokuvaohjaaja, joka on päässyt tekemään elokuvaa suuren Hollywood-studion (MGM) kanssa. Hän on myös ensimmäinen musta naisohjaaja, jonka tuotannosta New Yorkin modernin taiteen museo on järjestänyt takautuvan näyttelyn.[2] Palcy oli myös ensimmäinen musta César-palkinnon voittaja ja Venetsian elokuvajuhlien ensimmäinen palkittu musta ohjaaja.


Karibianmeren Martiniquen saarella syntynyt Palcy on opiskellut Sorbonnen yliopistossa ja Louis Lumière -elokuvakoulussa Pariisissa.[2] Hänen esikoiselokuvansa Mustat kadut (1983) kertoo Martiniquen sokeriruokoplantaasien työläisistä 1930-luvulla Joseph Zobelin romaanin La Rue Cases-Nègres pohjalta.
