I have a dataset whose columns correspond to three categorical variables plus ~400 binary variables. I would like to asses the impact of these three categorical variables on the binary ones (i.e. know if some of the binay variables are generally 1 for a particular combination of the categorical variables, etc.). What kind of method could I try?

Thanks in advance!
