Yhdysvaltain perustuslakipuolue (Constitution Party) on Yhdysvaltain politiikassa mukana oleva puolue, joka on perustettu vuonna 1992.


Puolueen tavoitteita ovat muun muassa[1][2][3]:

  • omistusoikeuden turvaaminen

  • minimivaltio

  • liittovaltion vallan rajoittaminen ja vallan palauttaminen takaisin osavaltioille

  • perustuslaillinen aseenkanto-oikeus turvattava
