Erik Westzynthius (vanhempi) (1711 – 1757 Pohjanmaa) oli suomalainen taidemaalari.


Westzynthius oli ensisijaisesti kirkkomaalari, ja hänen aktiivista toiminta-aikaansa olivat vuodet 1730–1749. Hänen julkisia töitään ovat muun muassa Raahen kaupungin kirkon koristelut (1746) ja Alavieskan kirkon koristelu, Paavolan, Paltamon ja Pielaveden kirkkojen alttaritaulut, jotka nykyisin ovat Kansallismuseossa. Paltaniemen kuvakirkossa on yksi hänen maalaamansa kuva.[1]
