Punkens framtid on suomenruotsalaisen hardcore punk -yhtye Bob Malmströmin toinen studioalbumi. Se julkaistiin 19. huhtikuuta 2013 levymerkillä Playground Music[4]. Albumin tekoon osallistunut henkilökunta koostui väitetysti ainoastaan suomenruotsalaisista henkilöistä.[1]



Vastaanotto |


Albumi sai erinomaisen vastaanoton. Toisen hardcoreyhtye Rytmihäiriön basisti Antti Kiiski antoi Rumbassa albumille täydet viisi tähteä, sanoen sen olevan esikoisjulkaisua monipuolisempi kokonaisuus, antaen tunnustusta molemmille yhtyeille ominaiselle tyylille tehdä provokatiivisia kappaleita muista välittämättä.[5]Kaaoszinen Jarmo Hänninen antoi albumille täydet kymmenen pistettä, ylistäen sen tuotantoa ja kokoamista, nostaen Punkens framtidin yhdeksi alkuvuoden 2013 parhaimmista musiikkijulkaisuista.[1]Soundin arviossa albumi saa tunnustusta musiikillisesti jämäkkänä julkaisuna, koska yhtyeen vitsit eivät naurata eivätkä provosoivat sanoitukset ärsytä kuuntelijaa.[6]
