In Extremo on saksalainen folk metal -yhtye. Se on saanut musiikkiinsa vaikutteita metallimusiikin lisäksi keskiajan musiikista. Yhtye käyttää kappaleissaan usein vanhoja soittimia, kuten säkkipillejä, harppua, kampiliiraa ja skalmeijaa.


In Extremo perustettiin Berliinissä vuonna 1996. Yhtyeen viimeisin albumi, Sterneneisen, ilmestyi helmikuussa 2011. Levyltä on toistaiseksi julkaistu yksi single, Zigeunerskat.
