Raila on suomalainen naisen etunimi. Nimeä on arveltu mukaelmaksi heprealaisperäisestä nimestä Raakel.[1].


Vuoden 2009 loppuun mennessä Väestörekisterikeskuksen mukaan 1483 henkilöä on saanut etunimekseen Raila, joista kaikki ovat naisia.[2]


Raila esiintyy muualla maailmassa myös miehen nimenä, esimerkiksi kenialainen poliitikko Raila Odinga.
