Tsqaltubon piirikunta (georg. წყალტუბოს რაიონი, Tsqaltubos raioni) on piirikunta Imeretin hallintoalueella Georgian länsiosassa. Piirikunnassa on noin 73 600 asukasta (2007) ja sen pinta-ala on 700 neliökilometriä.[1] Sen pääkaupunki on Tsqaltubo, joka tunnetaan kylpyläkaupunkina.


Piirikunnan tärkeimmät joet ovat Rioni ja Gubistsqali.[2]
