Asopós (kreik. Ασωπός) on joki, joka virtaa Keski-Kreikassa. Sen pituus on 57 kilometriä.[1] Joki saa alkunsa Kithairónas-vuorelta. Se virtaa Thívan tasangolla ja ohittaa muun muassa Léfktran, Oinófytan, Sykáminon ja Oropóksen. Se laskee Eteläiseen Euboianlahteen Chalkoútsin kaupungin kohdalla.


Kreikkalaisessa mytologiassa joki yhdistyi Asopos-nimiseen joenjumalaan Sikyoniassa sijainneen samannimisen joen ohella.[2]
