Gerard Ferdinand Desjardins (s. 22. heinäkuuta 1944 Noëlville, Ontario, Kanada) on entinen kanadalainen jääkiekkomaalivahti. Hän pelasi ammattilaisena Los Angeles Kingsissa, Chicago Black Hawksissa, New York Islandersissa ja Buffalo Sabresissa sekä yhden vuoden WHA:ssa. Desjardin pelasi NHL:ssä yhteensä 331 ottelua runkosarjassa ja 35 ottelua pudotuspeleissä[1]. Hän voitti Dudley Garrett Memorial Awardin vuonna 1968.[2]


Desjardinsin ura päättyi kaudella 1976–77, kun hän loukkaantui saatuaan kiekosta osuman silmäänsä ottelussa Boston Bruinsia vastaan.[1]
