Hiiriä ja ihmisiä (Of Mice and Men) on vuonna 1992 kuvattu draamaelokuva ja uusintaversio vuoden 1939 samannimisestä elokuvasta ja vuoden 1981 televisioelokuvasta, jotka pohjautuvat John Steinbeckin samannimiseen romaaniin.[1]


Elokuvan pääosia näyttelevät John Malkovich kehitysvammaisena Lennienä sekä Gary Sinise, joka myös tuotti ja ohjasi elokuvan.[1]


Hiiriä ja ihmisiä ei menestynyt taloudellisesti, mutta sai hyvät arvostelut. Rotten Tomatoes -sivustolla sen arvioiden on laskettu olevan 96-prosenttisesti myönteisiä.

Video-oppaassa vuodelta 1994 Bello Romano kutsui elokuvaa hallituksi ja tyylikkääksi ja antoi sille neljä tähteä viidestä, mikä vastaa sanallista arviota ”erinomainen”.[1]
