Ole Schack (s. 17. kesäkuuta 1978)[1] on tanskalainen Red Bullin Formula 1 -tallin mekaanikko. Koulutukseltaan Schack on automekaanikko 1999.[1]


Schack aloitti uransa vuonna 1999 tanskan Formula 2000 -sarjassa. Vuonna 2000 hän siirtyi tanskan Formula Renault -sarjaan ja 2001 hän toimi päämekaanikkona. Vuosina 2002–2003 Schack toimi Formula 3000 -sarjassa tanskalaisen Den Blå Avis -tallin mekaanikkona. Kaudeksi 2004 hän siirtyi F1:siin Jaguarin testitiimiin. Kausilla 2005–2008 hän työskenteli Red Bullilla David Coulthardin auton mekaanikkoryhmässä ja vuodet 2009–2014 Sebastian Vettelin.[1][2]


Vuoden 2012 Singaporen GP:ssä Schack otti vastaan palkintokorokkeella voittaneen valmistajan palkinnon Sebastian Vettelin voitettua kilpailu.
