Sir James Richard Marie Mancham KBE (11. elokuuta 1939 Victoria – 8. tammikuuta 2017 Glacis[1]) oli Seychellien ensimmäinen presidentti vuosina 1976–1977.


Seychellien presidenttinä hänet korvasi kesäkuussa 1977 vallankaappauksella France-Albert René. Vallankaappauksen tapahtuessa Mancham oli Lontoossa Kansainyhteisön huippukokouksessa. Hän jäi ulkomaille ja eli maanpaossa vuoteen 1992 asti.[2]


Mancham oli ehdolla vielä presidentinvaaleissa 1993 ja 1998. Hän julkaisi myös kaksi kirjaa.


Mancham perusti Seychellien demokraattipuolueen (Seychelles Democratic Party, SDP) vuonna 1964[3] ja johti sitä helmikuuhun 2005.
