Emmett Kelly vuonna 1953.


Emmett Leo Kelly (9. joulukuuta 1898 Sedan, Kansas – 28. maaliskuuta 1979 Sarasota, Florida) oli yhdysvaltalainen sirkusklovni. Hänet tunnetaan erityisesti surumielisestä ”Weary Willie” -hahmostaan, joka perustui lama-ajan kulkureihin.


Aluksi Kelly työskenteli trapetsitaiteilijana ja aloitti päätoimisen klovnin uran vasta vuonna 1931. Vuosina 1942–1956 hän esiintyi Ringlingin veljesten, Barnumin ja Baileyn sirkuksessa. Hän esiintyi myös useissa Broadway-tuotannoissa ja elokuvissa.


Kelly kuoli sydänkohtaukseen 80-vuotiaana kotonaan Floridan Sarasotassa.
