Esa Aho (25. helmikuuta 1911 Rovaniemi – 19. helmikuuta 2000 Turku) oli suomalainen professori ja apteekkari. Hän toimi suomalaisen lääketeollisuuden uranuurtajana 1940-luvulta alkaen.


Aho kirjoitti ylioppilaaksi Torniossa vuonna 1930 ja suoritti proviisorin ja filosofian kandidaatin tutkinnot Helsingin yliopistossa vuonna 1944. Filosofian tohtoriksi hän väitteli Turun yliopistossa vuonna 1958.


Jatkosodan päätyttyä Esa Aho siirtyi Huhtamäki-yhtymän palvelukseen ja sai tehtäväkseen selvittää lääkkeiden ja lääkkeenomaisten valmisteiden tuotantomahdollisuuksia. Tämän seurauksena Huhtamäki perusti vuonna 1946 lääketehdas Leiraksen, jonka johtajana Aho toimi vuoteen 1962 ja vielä tieteellisenä johtajana vuoteen 1974. Ahon johdolla Leiras toi suomalaiseen lääketeollisuuteen muun muassa infuusioliuokset ja lääkeaineiden synteettisen valmistuksen.


Esa Aholle myönnettiin professorin arvo vuonna 1971. Hän toimi Huhtamäki-yhtymän ja Lääketukku Oy:n hallituksissa parikymmentä vuotta sekä Kemian keskusliiton hallituksessa kymmenen vuotta. Hän toimi myös lääkintöhallituksen pysyvänä asiantuntijana. Hänelle myönnettiin Turun Martin apteekin apteekkioikeudet vuonna 1960 ja hän toimi sen apteekkarina vuoteen 1988 saakka. Teatteriharrastuksen ansioistaan hänet nimitettiin Turun Teatterikerhon kunniajäseneksi.
