Max Carl Anton Fürbringer (s. 30. tammikuuta 1846 Wittenberg – 6. maaliskuuta 1920 Heidelberg) oli saksalainen lintutieteilijä ja lääkäri.


Max Fürbringerin vanhemmat olivat Karl ja Hermine Fürbringer, omaa sukua Gumprecht. Hän opiskeli luonnontieteitä Jenan yliopistossa ja valmistui eläintieteessä 1869. Hänet valittiin Heidelbergin yliopiston anatomian laitoksen johtajaksi 1901.


Linnuista Fürbringer nimesi ulappalintujen (Procellariiformes) lahkon 1888.
