Tuntomerkit |


Jemeninrastas on 23 cm pitkä. Se on väriltään melko yksivärisen ruskea. Kurkussa ja rinnassa on mustaa viirutusta tai täplitystä. Siipien alapuoli on oranssi. Nokka on oranssinkeltainen ja jalkojen väri vaihtelee lihanvärisestä keltaiseen.[3]



Levinneisyys |


Jemeninrastasta tavataan kotoperäisenä Arabian niemimaan lounaisosissa ja sitä esiintyy Saudi-Arabian ja Jemenin alueilla. Laji on luokiteltu silmälläpidettäväksi.[1]



Elinympäristö |


Jemeninrastas elää tiheissä metsissä ja pensaikoissa. Laji on kärsinyt metsien hakkuista.[1]



Lisääntyminen |


Jemeninrastas pesii maalis-kesäkuussa. Pesä sijaitsee pensaassa tai puunoksalla 1-2 metrin korkeudessa.[1]



Ravinto |


Jemeninrastas käyttää ravinnokseen hedelmiä ja selkärangattomia.[1]
